Who am I?

I am a singer, pianist, composer, SoMe-manager, web-page administrator, CFO, head of catering, photographer, stage technician… I’m everything you could ever associate with being a musician. And I love it.

In 1998 I popped and I’ve been writing music since I was about 15. In my high-school years (2016) I formed my first band and the music definitely stretched across genres. Maybe slightly confused, we played concerts with both jazz-standards, a cover of U2’s One, an old Danish goodie from Allan Olsen and most definitely a couple of tunes from Jamie Cullum.

As time (and concerts) passed I started realising what kind of music I wanted to write and perform. That’s a process I’m sure never ends, but today I’m confident that my main ambition is to perform original swinging jazz/pop music with national and international big bands.

During my high-school years I decided to move to the slightly bigger town, Aarhus. I wanted to be a part of a richer musical environment and I was not disappointed! Within my first year in Aarhus, I established my 6-piece orchestra and played a debut concert for more than 100 people.

Today I’ve released several singles (with repeated airplay on Danish broadcasting DRP5 and DRP8), two EPs and I’m currently working ambitiously on composing my debut album. It has to be as good as it gets. And “as good as it gets” takes time. Luckily, it’s an amazing process that I enjoy sharing with you.
